The story of OFF SITE and NO SEASONS
OFF SITE Kitchen is our neighborhood restaurant in Little River, and NO SEASONS Beer is our beer brand, sold in house and in distribution through Florida. Here's how the two ended up on one corner.
From Teacher to Brewer
Theo was a High School History teacher before leaving to chase his dream of becoming a brewer. He landed a job at J Wakefield Brewing in Miami where he worked his way up to their Lead Brewer. Then took his talents and passion to Brooklyn to be a part of one of the best production teams in the world at Grimm Artisanal Ales, where they won back to back New York Brewery of the Year honors and multiple individual awards for their beers.
Taking over OFF SITE
OFF SITE was already a low key spot for good food and Theo was an employee there while he first launched NO SEASONS beer. In 2025 Theo purchased the restaurant and combined the two brands.
People and Beer
We call what we're building a "people company," because everything starts with people: the ones who work here, the ones who walk through our door, and the ones who make this place what it is.
Feeding Locals since 2021
Theo is a third-generation Miami native and this city, and the people that live here, hold a huge part of his heart. The goal is simple, build a place by locals, for locals.

Bring the dog, your friends and the kids and pull up a seat. If it's your first time, the bartender will walk you through the whole history of OFF SITE and NO SEASONS, come hungry and leave family!
